Baja California Peninsula Vacation Packages

This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I

The villa was clean overall, well appointment, nicely done and good amenities, however some closet shelves were dusty, bed cover on the main floor bedroom was stained, found a bug on one of the bathrooms, the air conditioning leaks just outside of the main bedroom towards the kitchen and becomes slippery, plus a few other smaller issues. I'll go back but I'd suggest to have the villas inspected prior to the guests arrival instead of the occupants having to call to get issues resolved. Having the pool and spa are a big plus and we enjoyed them very much.
